Ext. The Gardens - Day
Trains enter and leave the station appearing only as blurs passing by the corners of her eyes. Scanning the faces of the crowd around her, she finally spots the one she was there for. Noticing her for the first time, she watches as fear begins to crawl across his face. Fumbling for his suitcase, he drops his newspaper and attempts to make an exit, but is stopped by the grip of her fingers on his shoulder.
SHE
(sweetly, sternly)
Darling, you look as though you've seen a ghost.
He remains silent, frozen, confused. She giggles, a sweet sound that carries traces of revenge. How could he forget that roses had thorns?
Whhuuuut up humans! Sorry for the week long absence, it's a been a busy yet good one during which I moved into a new apartment and have spent the majority of my time unpacking, organizing, and trying to turn the place into a scene from Sunset Boulevard. It's a work in progress, but you can see a few snaps of how it's piecing together over on my Insta @tennesseeroseblog. And, I do have plans to take some official photos in there once its all done up. In addition to moving you could've found me dancing my face off for 4 straight hours at my friend's birthday party. Heels off, music up, and hit tha quaaaaan was basically the motto of my weekend. Before all of this, I took myself to one of my favorite spots in town, the Chattanooga Choo Choo (which I only live about 2 minutes from now that I've moved!), and took some photos in one of my best summer buys, a Forever 21 chambray dress that sadly doesn't lose it's wrinkles as quickly as my hair loses it's curls.
In other news, anyone else had the new Lana on repeat this week?!
In other other news, anyone tuning into the Mr. Robot finale tonight?!
