Ext. Park on a Cloudy Day- Day
At the tennis court dark clouds replaced the golden hour and she wondered for a moment if those caged walls might be real. The couple next to her loses a ball over the fence and she watches as one of the kids playing outside tosses it back. She stands and begins to walk home still thinking there met be freedom in the future.
It would be the one day that I specifically wait around trying to timeout the golden hour aka the few minutes of perfect picture lighting that nature gives us each day, that it decides to turn completely cloudy hiding any evidence of the sun or it setting for that matter. You win some you lose some. Still feel like this outfit is a win though. Even though I've a week of VERY little sleep sandlots of stress (note the dark craters beneath my eyes that I argued with myself over editing but decided not to bc hey I'm trying to keep it real here y'all) I still felt like I could run off to some late 60's freedom land having mixed denim, platforms, and a retro looking crop top. Yeah, I know you're "supposed" to wear it off the shoulder but I'm sorry I just like the way it looks worn all the way up better, plus that means I don't have to adjust it after every time I move my arm.
Anyways, hope you enjoyed these gloomy polaroid looking pics and that it's nice where you are. Promise it won't be another week before you see me, that was my bad. Have a good one, humans.
