The Room

Int. The Room - Day
The Room, was the one place she found herself when she wasn't quite...feeling herself. Her eyes followed it's mismatched pattern on the walls. The Room, was between this world and another. Not quite of the present or of the past. Somewhere between radio and television. When she was there she was actually somewhere else. And so, she stayed.

Doing a double take of today, I have a hard time believing it isnt't a Monday. I woke up (not like this), but to thunderstorms, a headache, power that was only staying on for 30 minutes at a time, and a fight with my eyeliner that I wound up forfeiting because there is only some many times I can draw these wings on without completely losing my sanity. I had higher hopes for these photos, but due to the cloudy skies outside it made lighting a bit difficult. Honestly, I even feel bad posting them because they are NOT up to my standards, but I also can't wait 3 more days for the rain to pass through so that I can retake them because I really don't want to be gone from here for that long! AnYwAyZ, I'm done complaining, just forgive me for this gross display of photography.

Good things about today, I got to wear my new socks, which might just be my new favorites. Together with the black heels it almost looks like that pair of Jeffery Campbells on NastyGal that I didn't let myself buy last week. There were enough Reese Puffs in the box for my bowl of cereal this morning. Also, today marks two weeks until my vacation to the beach. Yay!
